1. 30-Day Conditional Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund window starting from the exact date and time of your purchase. However, because our products are digital assets that can be easily consumed, refunds are subject to strict consumption tracking:
- The 40% Completion Guardrail: We utilize advanced Learning Management System (LMS) metrics to monitor student progress. If our system tracks that you have completed or viewed more than 40% of the course content, your fee becomes entirely non-refundable, regardless of how many days have passed since the purchase.
- Validity of Reason: A return or refund is only acceptable when we evaluate and find that the reason provided by you is valid, genuine, and verified by our support team.
2. Refund Processing and Timelines
Once a formal refund request is submitted to info@govindrana.com, the following operational timelines apply:
- Acceptance Duration: Our team requires 5 to 7 days to audit your LMS account activity, verify your course completion percentage, and validate your request.
- Disbursement Timeline: Once your refund is officially accepted and approved, it will take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be processed.
- Original Payment Method: Refunded amounts will only reflect back to your original payment method (e.g., the specific credit card, debit card, net banking account, or UPI ID used during checkout). We cannot issue refunds via cash, alternative accounts, or different payment methods under any circumstances.
3. Partial Payments and Installment Defaulters
If you purchase a course using an authorized installment plan or partial payment structure, you must clear your remaining balance on time.
- Failure to Pay Balance: If you pay a partial fee for any course and fail to clear the remaining balance by the agreed-upon due date, your order will automatically be considered cancelled from our side.
- Partial Refund Rule: In the event of an installment cancellation due to non-payment, we will only refund the exact amount you have paid up to that date, provided your course consumption does not cross the 40% threshold.
4. Course Booking Policy
From time to time, we may allow students to reserve a seat in an upcoming live cohort or premium program by paying a non-refundable booking deposit.
- Main Fee Deadline: Any course booking amount or advance registration deposit will not be refunded if the remaining balance of the main fee is not paid on time.
- Automatic Cancellation: Crossing the absolute deadline or last date of payment will always be considered an immediate cancellation of the order from our side, and your booking deposit will be forfeited.
5. Strict Anti-Piracy and Intellectual Property Clause
All course materials, video lectures, text assets, and proprietary prompt matrices are protected by copyright and cyber laws.
- Prohibition: The reselling, sharing, distribution, or rebranding of any course, module, or segment from govindrana.com is strictly prohibited.
- Legal Consequences: If our security tracking systems identify an individual or entity copying, reselling, or commercially exploiting our intellectual property, we will immediately revoke their account access without a refund. Furthermore, we will file a formal cyber complaint and initiate strict legal and criminal proceedings against that person or organization.
